· Orders are shipped within 12-48 hours of successful order by Registered Airmail or EMS Express Mail as per the shipping mode selected by the Customer.
· Uschemist.com has express shipping option (5-8 business days for delivery). In express shipping option uschemist.com charges are as below.

· Orders received on Sundays or holidays are shipped on next working day. In case of delay, customers are promptly informed by our sales/ support staff.
· 100% Delivery Guaranteed or Money Back. The delivery details entered by you should be correct.
o If your order is not delivered by 30th day in any circumstances, then free shipment at our cost is again made by uschemist.com.
o If your reshipment is not delivered again then in that case amount charged for your order will be refunded.
· We do ship to an alternate address if requested by you if you are a verified customer. If you have an order placed thru credit card and given your correct address, we will be able to process your order. If you are not a verified customer we will ship to your credit card address/ residential address only.
· Delivery of your order varies depending on the efficiency of the domestic mail system of your country. USPS and Royal Mail are very efficient and provide unmatched service. If you need information about the status of your delivery please login and check shipping status or mail us.
· In express shipping option DHL/ FEDEX etc courier system will not be used as they do not accept medicines even with prescriptions. Courier Preferences will not be entertained.
· Some countries will not allow importing prescription medicines even for personal use. These include Germany, Ireland, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Mexico, Romania, Russia, and Taiwan. Orders from these countries will not be accepted and if placed, will be automatically cancelled.
